A. Thomas Bozzo, Ph.D. (University of Maryland-College Park, 1998), is a Vice President at Christensen Associates with expertise in statistics and applied econometrics. He has worked to improve the firm's in-house econometrics software. His areas of experience include analysis of large panel data sets, and the development of estimation strategies for poorly conditioned data. His recent case work includes a number of projects for the U.S. Postal Serve R97-1 rate filing and a USTA project as part of the FCC Universal Service Proceedings. The issues he has analyzed include economic cost, productivity measurement, performance evaluation, and other regulatory issues.
