Testifying Experts
Carl G. Degen, M.S. (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1979) is President of Christensen Associates. He testifies for plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of civil cases, most frequently on the calculation of damages related to intellectual property disputes. Mr. Degen has provided expert testimony in a variety of prominent cases including Ricoh v. Pitney Bowes, Rentrop v. Spectranetics, Honeywell v. JVC, and MIDCO v. Elekta. In addition to his experience in litigation, Mr. Degen leads projects for the U.S. Postal Service in strategic planning and cost ascertainment. As a result of his substantial work in these areas, Mr. Degen has testified in numerous dockets before the U.S. Postal Rate Commission.
