Testifying Experts
Carl G. Degen, M.S. (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1979) is President of Christensen Associates. He has testified for plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of business cases, but most frequently on the calculation of damages related to intellectual property disputes. Recent testimony includes Honeywell v. JVC and MIDCO v. Elekta. In addition to his experience in litigation, Mr. Degen does substantial work for the U.S. Postal Service in strategic planning and cost ascertainment, and has testified in numerous dockets before the U.S. Postal Rate Commission.
