Frank M. Gollop, Ph.D.  (Harvard, 1974), is an Economics Professor and Director of Graduate studies at Boston College.  He teaches antitrust economics, industrial organization, and regulation.  He has been a consultant to the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and served on a blue ribbon panel to redesign the Standard Industrial Classification system.  He also has consulted for United Parcel Service, AT&T, General Electric, BellSouth, Reed Elsevier, and Nabisco.  Dr. Gollop has often testified in federal court on monopolization, conspiracy, predatory behavior, market definition, patent damages, tying arrangements, price discrimination, and related issues.  His prominent cases include  William Sullivan v. National Football League, Wang Laboratories v. CFR Associates, and Zeneca Limited v. Pharmachemie.
