Laurits R. Christensen, Ph.D. (University of California-Berkeley, 1968), is Chairman of Christensen Associates. In his 20 years as an economics professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, he published 65 articles—many in leading economic journals—and established himself as an authority on applied microeconomics, economic evaluation, and econometric modeling. He has testified in landmark cases such as DOJ v. AT&T, MCI v. AT&T, and Polaroid v. Kodak. Recent testimony includes Fonar v. General Electric, in re: Brand Name Prescription Drugs, Caldera v. Microsoft, and Xerox v. Hewlett-Packard.
