Steven D. Braithwait, Ph.D. (University of California-Santa Barbara, 1976) is a Vice President at Christensen Associates. He works primarily on electricity industry issues, specializing in retail pricing, load and energy forecasting, and program evaluation. Dr. Braithwait has provided expert testimony before public service commissions and arbitration panels in the areas of load forecasting, retail and wholesale pricing, and integrated resource planning guidelines.
