A. Thomas Bozzo, Ph.D. (University of Maryland, College Park, 1998) is a Vice President at Christensen Associates. Dr. Bozzo’s areas of expertise are applied econometrics and statistics, including economic cost and demand analysis. Dr. Bozzo has presented testimony on cost methodology and statistical issues before the U.S. Postal Rate Commission. Other recent work includes valuation of an air cargo container patent, and econometric modeling of overcharges for price-fixing cases.
