Bruce R. Chapman, M.A. (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1979) is a Senior Economist at Christensen Associates. He has expertise in pricing programs that incorporate risk management features, particularly in the electricity industry. Mr. Chapman’s experience covers all facets of project management, including research design, document collection and review, data analysis, client communications, and results presentation. His work regularly involves the production of documentation used by clients and colleagues in testimony before regulatory agencies. In addition, Mr. Chapman has appeared before public service commissions on electricity pricing and product design issues.
