David A. Armstrong, B.S. (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1992) is a Senior Economist at Christensen Associates. He has expertise in quantitative analyses related to designing products for competitive markets. Mr. Armstrong routinely develops analyses, presentation materials, and supporting documents in tariff hearings before regulatory boards. He has also provided analytical support for clients and colleagues testifying before regulatory panels on a variety of other topics related to the electricity industry.
