Overview
Christensen Associates began work in the postal services industry in 1981. Through our long-standing relationship with the U.S. Postal Service, we have become experts in understanding and analyzing the issues in a highly dynamic communications market. We have also worked on postal issues in Canada and Britain.
In our work for the U.S. Postal Service, we receive and process large datasets in various formats from numerous postal data systems, enabling us to pull together all available information needed to solve a wide variety of problems. Using these data, our institutional knowledge, and our statistical expertise, we also design, refine, and implement data collection and analysis tools to gather and analyze data not available from existing systems. We regularly present results from our studies on behalf of the Postal Service to the Postal Rate Commission, to postal management, arbitration panels, and Congress.
