Carl G. Degen, M.S. (University of Wisconsin-Madison, 1979), is President of Christensen Associates. He is an expert on the railroad and postal industries, with 15 years of experience consulting for the U.S. Postal service. He has testified many times on their behalf in front of the U.S. Postal Rate Commission on issues related to elasticity of demand, costing, sampling, survey design, and financial analysis. He has also testified in litigation related to patent infringement, trademark infringement, breach of contract, and dealerships.
