Dianne C. Christensen, M.A. (University of British Columbia, Vancouver, 1972) is Chief Executive Officer of Christensen Associates. She has directed Christensen Associates' consulting practice for the U.S. Postal Service since 1982. Ms. Christensen has a wide range of projects including strategic planning, incentive regulation, productivity measurement, cost analysis, and surveys. For the past four years, she has worked with all practices within the firm addressing a wide range of business issues in many industries.
