Senior Staff
Jeff Carroll, B.A. (University of Minnesota-Morris, 1997) is a Senior Economist at Christensen Associates. His areas of expertise include the analysis of U.S. Postal Service volume data, survey design, and computer programming. Mr. Carroll’s programming experience includes FORTRAN as well as SAS. Using his programming skills and economics background, he compiles databases, analyzes data, and presents results clearly. He has worked on various projects for the Postal Service including volume data estimation, mail characteristics studies, and on-site collection of data at various postal facilities. Mr. Carroll has also assisted in the formulation of damages calculations in a variety of litigation cases.
