Senior Staff
Terry Schoenherr, B.S. (University of Wisconsin-River Falls, 1995), is a Senior Economist. His areas of expertise include productivity measurement and analysis, scenario modeling, survey design and implementation, statistical programming, and database management. Mr. Schoenherr is proficient in several programming languages and packages, including FORTRAN, Visual Basic, and TSP. Since joining Christensen Associates in 1995, Mr. Schoenherr has worked extensively on projects for the U.S. Postal Service including national and field-level Total Factor Productivity, mail characteristics studies, volume variability estimation, survey data collection, and database creation and maintenance.
