Sameer W. Balgi, M.S. (Michigan State University, 2001) is a Senior Programmer. He specializes in creating user-friendly, robust, and extensible software models that reflect easy navigation and innovative design. His recent projects include a sophisticated optimization model for electricity integrating three disparate environments, namely MATLAB, Visual Basic, and C/C++. Mr. Balgi has recently been working on a project that creates 'smart' word documents for proposal writing and other administrative purposes.
