Terry Schoenherr’s areas of expertise include productivity measurement and analysis, scenario modeling, survey design and implementation, statistical programming, and database management. He is proficient in several programming languages and packages, including Fortran, Visual Basic, and TSP. Since joining Christensen Associates in 1995, Terry has worked extensively on projects for the U.S. Postal Service, including national and field-level Total Factor Productivity, revenue and volume reporting, mail characteristics studies, volume variability estimation, survey data collection, and database creation and maintenance.
February 12, 2015 - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation hired Christensen Associates to conduct a study to estimate the number of automobiles and light trucks on the roads without current registrations, and determine the reasons for non-compliance.
