Since joining Christensen Associates, Will has worked primarily in our litigation support practice. His experience includes damages analysis, principally in patent infringement cases, and economic analysis for clients prior to or outside of the litigation context. Will has worked as a consulting economist in a number of industries, including high tech, semiconductor, consumer products, and agriculture. He works with our experts on modeling damages, writing reports, and preparing for depositions and trial testimony. Will also frequently assists attorneys with discovery requests and deposition preparation.
In his free time, Will enjoys exploring Madison on his bike, watching and occasionally playing soccer, and cultivating his small and eclectic library.
August 17, 2015 - In response to a request by Senator Thomas Carper, the Postal Service OIG engaged Christensen Associates to update and extend a 2013 analysis of the Postal Service price cap system. The update confirms that the current price cap regulation is financially unsustainable.
February 12, 2015 - The Wisconsin Department of Transportation hired Christensen Associates to conduct a study to estimate the number of automobiles and light trucks on the roads without current registrations, and determine the reasons for non-compliance.
