Christensen Associates is one of only ten companies recognized with an award. To put that into perspective, the Postal Service spent over $19.17 billion for transportation, supplies services, facilities, and equipment with more than 11,194 suppliers during 2024.

During the 2024 evaluation period, Christensen Associates developed detailed financial models for Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail “Grand Matrix” products that supported critical pricing strategies. Christensen Associates implements continuous improvements in data accuracy by executing rigorous data validation and auditing processes, significantly improving the accuracy of the Postal Service’s revenue, volume, and cost data.
Finally, Christensen Associates’ dimensional and cubic pricing tools have allowed the Postal Service to enhance its competitive position in the growing e-commerce market. These innovations exhibit Christensen Associates’ ability to address emerging challenges while supporting the Postal Service’s efforts to modernize operations.
