Jon Tepp specializes in evaluating economic topics in the context of litigation. Jon has testified at trial regarding patent infringement damages and has authored expert reports regarding patent infringement and contract damages. He has also authored reports related to intellectual property valuation outside the context of litigation.

Jon manages the analysis of damages in complex litigations related to intellectual property (patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc.), antitrust allegations, breach of contract cases, and other business disputes. He also provides assistance with the preparation and cross-examination of economic damages experts and financial witnesses at depositions and trials. As part of pre-litigation due diligence and litigation proceedings, Jon provides analyses and consulting related to lost profits, reasonable royalties, market share, and financial performance of goods and services. Jon’s extensive experience allows him to efficiently apply his strong analytical skills to generate rigorous and compelling analyses.

Away from the office, Jon enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and watching his daughters compete in tae kwon do and dance.
