As Chief Executive Officer, Tammy is part of Christensen Associates’ senior leadership team overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm. She collaborates with professionals in all practice areas addressing a wide range of business issues. Her areas of direct responsibility include corporate finance, strategic planning, contract negotiations and compliance, client proposal development, leadership development, and succession planning. Tammy also serves on the Board of Directors and the ESOP Plan Committee.

In her free time, Tammy enjoys spending time in sunny locales with family and friends, reading, and being active—running, taking long walks with her family’s dog, and water-skiing.
