We at Christensen Associates take pride in our work, and our clients notice. And it’s always nice to hear that your work is appreciated. We’re pleased to be able to share some of our clients’ notes to us.

We’re particularly pleased when clients enter their experience with us into the public record, as was done by Francis Mulvey, Vice Chairman of the Surface Transportation Board, at an STB Public Meeting to Discuss our study of Competition in the Freight-Railroad Industry, on November 6, 2008.

This is an excellent piece of work. I don’t think the Board could have gotten a better job from Christensen…It is very easy to follow what Christensen Associates has done; people who want to replicate what [Christensen Associates has] done and check it – everything is laid out there, including all the econometric methodologies, and how things are done and results. It’s just a first-class piece of work.”

Thanks, Jeremy. And that’s for all the great work in this case.”

I very much enjoyed working with both of you on this matter… I know that [a colleague] got a copy of your rebuttal report (because I sent it to him), and I suspect that the quality of your work was not lost on him, either.”

Jon, I want to thank you for your yeoman work in making this happen. You did a wonderful job and I look forward to working with you again. Thank you!”

Really great team work!!”

This project resulted in accurate and usable findings. A similar project was done [years earlier] by a different consultant, but the findings contained some flaws in the research methods which made it unreliable.”

Jeff and Jeremy, The jury returned a verdict last night and found no 'good cause' but awarded the plaintiffs just $287,400 of the approximately $2.4 million they were seeking. Our clients are happy with this result. Since the 'win' related to damages, the two of you get a lot of credit. In eyeballing the results, it is clear that the jury decided to award each Pro lost income damages equal to one year of income based on your annual income amounts.”

Jeff, Thank YOU for your hard work on this case. You were particularly good on cross examination. We look forward to working with you again in the future.”

Thanks Jeff. You and Jeremy were a big part of why we got a positive outcome.”

I have been taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions, for 30 years. In that time, I must have participated in hundreds of depositions. I have never been more impressed by the performance of an expert than I was when I defended Jon Tepp’s deposition. Jon was well-prepared and gave thoughtful and credible answers to even the most challenging line of questions. He defended his expert report against all attacks and maintained his credibility throughout. In addition, he was a pleasure to work with both because of his relaxed personality and his full mastery of his subject. I highly recommend Jon as a damages expert in any intellectual property matter. And I feel confident saying that he will likely be that secret weapon that makes the difference in close cases. I would be happy to speak with anyone who has any questions about Jon and I can be reached at steven@evialaw.com.”

You guys did great work and provided stellar comments on our draft. Let’s all keep our fingers crossed that this paper gets the widespread attention it deserves.”

Thanks very much guys. Great stuff!”

Thanks for all the hard work on the report. It made a big difference...”

And [your data visualization] is very powerful! Great job.”

You guys did great on this and we really appreciate it. ”

Thank you again so much for your excellent assistance in this matter. I hope we have the opportunity to work together again some time.”

You guys were great - truly the best economic support we've had and committed and fun to work with. You guys have a unique/special team!”

Your work is discussed in this opinion, in which we achieve complete and total victory.

Thanks, team. You’re awesome.”
